Applicable Pricing Supplement
This Applicable Pricing Supplement must be read in conjunction with the Programme Memorandum, dated
11 October 2018, prepared by the Issuer in connection with the RDC Properties Limited BWP500,000,000
Medium Term Note Programme (“the Programme Memorandum”), and the Supplementary Programme
Memorandum, dated the 27th day of September 2021, as amended and/or supplemented from time to time
(“Supplementary Memorandum”).
