RDC Properties Limited is the largest property company listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange. The company was registered in 1992 and restructured as a Variable Rate Property Loan Stock company in 1996.
RDC Property Group is a multinational diversified property investment, management and development company with a prime focus on strategic assets. RDC has a multi Billion property portfolio, and is active in seven countries including Botswana, Croatia, South Africa, Madagascar, Mozambique, Zambia, and the United States of America.
The company actively pursues long-term capital and income returns within a diverse range of property sub-sectors, ensuring stable growth of the owners equity. The growth of the portfolio is achieved by acquisitions of yielding properties, developments and acquiring turn-key developments carried out under our management oversight.
The Group’s global portfolio comprises landmark properties in a well-diversified portfolio by use and location with a focus on sustainability. In South Africa the portfolio includes buildings such as the Radisson Red Hotel, Rosebank, Gauteng, the iconic Cape Quarter precinct and The Edge building, Western Cape. Other landmark properties are the Chobe Marina Lodge on the magnificent Chobe River (Botswana), the Masa Square and Protea Hotel by Marriott in Gaborone, Botswana, the Isalo Rock Lodge in Madagascar and further afield unique properties in Croatia including the VMD Kvart building in Zagreb.
The company is committed by creating partnerships with local investors, driven by its strategic purpose of owning and managing strategic property assets that add value to the community it serves.
