Our proactive approach includes deploying smart metering, ensuring energy compliance, analysing carbon footprints, and exploring renewable energy projects.
By installing grid-tiered solar PV systems across our properties, we aim to reduce energy consumption and costs while advancing sustainable growth.

Enviromental
At RDC, our dedicated ESG Committee reviews our environmental impact and response to climate change, focusing on greenhouse gas emissions, energy use (including renewables), water impact, pollution, resource efficiency, waste management, and supply chain sustainability.
Social Responsability
At RDC, we are committed to enhancing communities through impactful Corporate Social Initiatives (CSI). Through donations, collaborations, and targeted efforts, we strive to enrich lives, nurture talents, and inspire positive change in the regions we serve.

At RDC, we consistently adhere to rigorous corporate governance standards, ensuring transparency through comprehensive policies and ethical conduct. We conduct formal Board performance reviews and collaborate closely with key committees for effective oversight.
Environmental Sustainability
To adequately respond to the needs of sustainable economic growth, we continue to ensure that we respond to community and market needs in a sustainable way for our natural resources and the environment.
20% of our portfolio (by value) has achieved a Green Building Council SA (GBCSA) green star rating whilst 10% of the portfolio generates energy with the support of solar PV systems and 15% of the portfolio is subject to water consumption monitoring. The Group is carrying out a solar and sustainability audit of all the major properties with an objective of determining the suitability of our assets to embrace new energy solutions.
