RDC Property Group goes beyond the traditional role of a property investment, management and development company. Driven by its core values of empathy, integrity, and sustainability, RDC envisions a liberated Africa overflowing with opportunity. Through partnerships with local communities, RDC empowers Africans by investing in three key areas: education, poverty reduction, and cultural upliftment. These initiatives are more than just financial donations, they are catalysts for positive change, igniting transformative stories that unlock potential and inspire a brighter future for the continent.

RDC’s Impact:

Ngwapa Primary School: RDC has been a long standing supporter of Ngwapa Primary School, investing in the future of its students through long-term funding for additional construction and upgrades. This dedication extends to their academic success, with RDC presenting its annual monetary incentive to the school’s top performers in the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE). Boitumelo Primary School: As part of its ongoing commitment to education, RDC annually awards prizes to the top three students at Boitumelo Primary School in Sebele. These students consistently demonstrate exceptional achievement, proving their dedication to learning even amidst challenges. This initiative highlights RDC’s focus on motivating and acknowledging students who excel despite adversity. Spreading Festive Cheer: Since 2014, RDC has brought joy to patients at Sefhare Primary Hospital, especially those without families. On Christmas and New Year’s Day, the company hasn’t forgotten the newest members of the communities, providing hampers to newborns. Building Infrastructure and Knowledge: Recognizing the needs of Motopi Village, RDC partnered with former director Ms. Bogolo Kenewendo to donate vital office furniture for the Kgotla and essential resources for Motopi Primary School. These contributions empower the village and enhance learning opportunities. Supporting Vulnerable Children: RDC’s partnership with the Mother Pontsho Foundation, along with hosting their Carols by Candlelight event at its Masa Centre, raised awareness for the non-governmental charity organisation caring for 72 children. Together, they provided essential needs and most importantly, compassion.

Don’t stand on the sidelines. Be a part of the solution. Join RDC in building a legacy of liberation. Together, through collective action, we can dismantle barriers, empower potential, and create a future brimming with opportunity for all. Let’s unlock a world where everyone thrives.
