We are proud to announce that our Radisson RED Hotel in Rosebank, Johannesburg, has been awarded a prestigious four-star grading by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa (TGCSA).
The accorded 4-star grading is in the Formal Accommodation category as a result of the assessment performed by the TGCSA. The advantages of being graded by the TGCSA are endless. For one, now that our establishment has been graded by one of their Accredited Grading Assessors and displays the TGCSA Star insignia, it takes a single glance for local and international visitors to recognise the quality and service excellence of the Hotel.
This grading brings benefits such as:
● Increased visibility and credibility: The TGCSA star insignia is a trusted symbol of quality, making it easier for potential guests to recognize the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
● Improved guest satisfaction: The grading process helps to ensure that the hotel meets the expectations of its guests, leading to higher satisfaction levels and positive reviews.
● Commitment to sustainability: The TGCSA grading system also takes into account sustainability practices, so this achievement shows the Radisson RED’s dedication to environmental responsibility.

As stated by the TGCSA, It is of great importance that we use and promote TGCSA Star Graded establishments. By doing so we help our country achieve the highest level of quality assurance, promote optimal value for money and give “customer’s expectation” the paramount position it deserves. These are the steps we take in becoming a nation that doesn’t only welcome the world with a warm heart, but one that is well-equipped for what the world has to offer.

We congratulate our Raddison Red, Rosebank team on this achievement and we acknowledge all their efforts to contribute to the sustainability of the Tourism Industry in South Africa through commitment for quality assurance.
