Protea Hotel by Marriott Gaborone Masa Square Celebrated Global Customer Appreciation Week from 6 to 10 November 2023. Throughout this week our team dedicated time to visit Our top producer customers expressing gratitude for their partnership and relationship over the years. Inhouse guests and clients were also treated to some delights as the week went on. These visits included personalized gestures such as small gifts and lots of excitement to convey our appreciation. The week culminated in a memorable cocktail event on 8 November where clients enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere, mingling with the Hotel team, fostering deeper connections and long-lasting memories.
