We’re thrilled to announce that our Old Cape Quarter property has been recognized in the 2023 CIfA Awards for its unique design. The award celebrated the unique and innovative partially residential development that respectfully contrasted the heritage buildings on Waterkant and Hudson Streets with new architectural interventions, while incorporating the existing facades into the design. The development also included a biophilic oasis-like courtyard with extensive use of larch timber and planting.
